​Vectr Solutions Inc is a technology consulting company focused on solutions based on the Salesforce platform. We focus on Salesforce platform implementation, integration and management. We are currently looking for multiple Developer positions with different levels of experience. We will consider developers with good object oriented programming skills with no exposure to Salesforce. We have a comprehensive training program to get our developers up to speed on Salesforce platform.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented development

  • Highly skilled in Java, C#, APEX or comparable OOP language

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Exposure to relational databases

  • Desire to learn new technologies and tools

  • Experience using SCM tools

  • Salesforce Apex, LWC or Lightning experience is highly desirable

  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum development methodologies

  • Authorized to work for any U.S. employer

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in full software development lifecycle from technical standpoint

  • Validate application build/code against requirements by building unit tests and security tests

  • Write self documenting code or follow coding best practices based on specific guidance from architects.

  • Use the latest cloud development tools for development, code management, testing and deployment

  • Interact with the project team and customers to ensure project success

  • Develop proofs of concept as needed for projects as well as for business development purposes

  • Open and willing to learn new cloud technologies based on Vectr Solutions' and project needs.

Vectr Solutions is a company formed by a group of highly accomplished Salesforce and Integration Architects focused on Enterprise-level Salesforce Implementations. Our team has combined experience of delivering over 30 highly complex enterprise scale Salesforce and Integration projects across multiple industries. Vectr Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive with experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem and has existing relationships with Salesforce’s sales team as well as with existing and potential Salesforce customers. This individual will be responsible for building and managing the pipeline of Salesforce related opportunities in the commercial space. Experience in public sector space is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales collateral in collaboration with the leadership team

  • Build and manage sales pipeline for all Salesforce cloud products

  • Work with the leadership team to set specific sales goals based on company’s growth plan

  • Work with new and existing clients, understand their technology needs and work with our Subject Matter and Industry Experts to propose solutions that add value to their business

  • Develop deep relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and promote Vectr Solutions’ capabilities and achievements.

  • Attend marketing and networking events and promote Vectr Solutions’ brand and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly motivated and passionate about Salesforce sales and technology delivery

  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform, products and services needed to implement Salesforce products

  • Experience or knowledge of working in a startup environment

  • 5+ years of Sales or account management experience

  • Experience breaking into new accounts and growing existing accounts

  • Existing relationships with Salesforce customers and Salesforce Account Executives

Compensation: 

  • Base Salary + Commission
