The Marketing Intern supports the Marketing and Business Development teams in building and elevating the Vectr Solutions brand across digital platforms, events, and customer-facing initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role helps translate innovative business solutions into compelling marketing content, campaigns, and outreach aligned with company strategy and growth priorities.
The Marketing Intern plays a hands-on role in executing marketing initiatives across key focus areas including digital communications, brand representation, events, analytics, and sales enablement. Their primary objective is to help position Vectr Solutions as a trusted, forward-thinking partner through thoughtful content creation, consistent brand presence, and effective collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities
Represents Vectr Solutions in corporate and professional settings by upholding the company’s brand standards, values, and voice across all interactions and materials. Supports the management of company social media platforms, including LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring consistent messaging, timely content, and alignment with marketing objectives.
Assists in the creation of marketing assets using tools such as Canva, including social graphics, promotional materials, and internal and external-facing collateral. Helps develop, organize, and maintain slide decks, sales presentations, and marketing assets to support business development and leadership initiatives.
Builds a strong understanding of marketing analytics by monitoring digital performance, engagement metrics, and content effectiveness to inform ongoing marketing efforts. Assists in monitoring and maintaining the Vectr Solutions website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current offerings and messaging.
Conducts market, industry, and company research to support marketing strategy, campaign development, and sales initiatives. Supports the planning and execution of events, including preparation, coordination, and on-site brand representation.
Works cross-functionally with internal teams to help bring innovative business ideas to market through strategic storytelling, content development, and marketing execution. Assists in managing and developing customer case studies, helping document value, outcomes, and impact.
Supports outreach and demand-generation efforts by managing contact lists, assisting with campaigns, and participating in cold calling and follow-up activities in coordination with business development efforts. Completes assigned reporting, documentation, and organizational tasks accurately and on time, demonstrating attention to detail and executional excellence.

- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate with an interest in marketing, communications, or business

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience or familiarity with social media platforms and digital content - Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office, and presentation software
