1. Discovery
Our implementations start with a quick discovery phase to gather all the information needed for a successful implementation while educating our clients on optimal use of Salesforce and providing guidance around simplifying and automating business processes. 
2. Setup
The discovery phase is followed by a setup phase where we identify the most critical and high-impact features and configure, develop, and deploy them to bring the solution to end users typically within a short time frame.
3. Extend
Our setup phase is usually followed by an extend phase that brings in all of the business processes to enable operational efficiencies. 
4. Enhance
Finally, our enhance phase includes on-going enhancements and extensions to current functionality as required. We ensure that our client teams are trained and ready to take over and manage the Salesforce instance when we leave.
