Director, Revenue Growth

Type: Full-time

Partner with the Vice President of Business Development and Business Development team to expand and execute our company’s go to market strategy

Role Expectations:

  • Responsible for new customer acquisition
  • Contribute to our go to market and sales strategies
  • Lead and execute go to market plans for new solution offerings and industries
  • Define pricing, packaging, and positioning for marketing new solution offerings and industries
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized Salesforce solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the Salesforce ecosystem and industry best practices
  • Attend networking events and engage with industry associations to represent the company and expand the company’s professional network

Business Development

Lead business development activities to achieve the company’s sales goals

Role Expectations:

  • Lead Generation: 
    • Engage prospective and current customers at conferences
    • Support conference preparation activities
    • Refer prospective customers to Vectr Solutions
    • Source new opportunities to Vectr Solutions
  • Co-Selling: 
    • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify potential new clients and market trends.
    • Tightly partner with the Salesforce Sales and Customer Success organizations including Core AEs & SEs; 
    • Engage with Salesforce RVPs and AEs to partner on new opportunities, drive new projects, and become a trusted partner.
  • Sales Operations: 
    • Manage sales activities, including lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce. 
    • Ensure all Salesforce records owned by you are accurate and reflect the latest updates on a weekly basis, at minimum.
  • Sales Engineering: 
    • Present products and services to prospective customers that align directly to their organizational goals and objectives
    • Work with your team to create estimates aligned with the customer requirements, expectations, and agreed upon deliverables.
    • Create and deliver SOWs in line with the Vectr Solutions methodology accounting for project scope and objectives, requirements, professional fees, and project specific assumptions.
  • General:
    • Demonstrate the ability & desire to personally unearth net new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails & networking and turn them into long term partnerships
    • Travel as needed to support the sales cycles to close business
  • Marketing: 
    • Contribute to Vectr Solutions assets, including the website, documents, blogs and videos
    • Participate in Vectr Solutions marketing initiatives, including webinars
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist in drafting and finalizing proposals and Statements of Work
    • Work with customer to complete contracting and procurement process
    • Participate in introductory and discovery calls
    • Build bottoms up pricing model for estimation
    • Support RFP writing

Product Management

Align our solution offerings with our go to market strategy and Salesforce innovations 

Role Expectations:

  • Turn customer and partner feedback into actionable product and GTM inputs
  • Grow Vectr Solutions strategic partners to support the GTM strategy
  • Build co-marketing plans, identify joint use cases, and expand GTM strategy
  • Source and shape new partnership opportunities tied to Vectr Solutions’ offerings and practices
  • Commercialize emerging solutions and proof of concept solutions  
  • Translate insights into roadmap recommendations and GTM enablement content 
  • Align Product, Sales, and CS on GTM readiness for every launch
  • Develop internal playbooks, value stories, and one-pagers to enable field teams

Team Leadership

Serve as a leader within the Vectr Solutions team

Role Expectations:

  • Continuous Improvement: Implement mechanisms to collect feedback from clients and team members to continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency. 
  • Innovation: Encourage innovation and motivation within the company and portfolio teams, exploring new Salesforce features, tools, and methodologies to enhance service offerings.
  • Enablement: Mentor and support training and development for junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Recruitment: Recruit, mentor, and retain a skilled team of Salesforce professionals, including developers, administrators, and consultants.
  • General: Serve as a leader in acquiring and maintaining Salesforce certifications aligned to company goals and strategy.
